Mr. Kushnu Gope, the Founder of Bir Global™ Group, did not start his journey in boardrooms or business schools. His story began in a small drought-affected village called Sonaposi in Jharkhand, where water scarcity and poverty were part of everyday life.
When the drought became unbearable, his parents made a difficult decision — they moved to Durgapur, West Bengal, in search of survival. There, they worked in stone quarries, breaking stones under the scorching sun just to earn enough for a meal.
That was the environment where Kushnu grew up.
No luxury.
No shortcuts.
Just struggle, resilience, and a dream for something bigger.
Because of financial hardships, he had to leave his studies at an early age. For many, that would have been the end of ambition. But for Kushnu Gope, it became the beginning of a powerful journey.
He carried one belief in his heart:
